Field Day 2009

Many Angus enthusiasts attended the 2009 Wisconsin Angus Associations Field Day on Sept 22 at Emerald Lane Angus Farm, Edgar, WI.

The Annual Field Day is an opportunity for Angus breeders and cattlemen to network and discuss industry issues and view some of the host farms genetics.

Emerald Lane Angus,  Mel and Sharon Niemann and family were our hosts this year.  They put together a great day of farm tours, equipment displays and pasture tours.  The day was topped with a wonderful lunch.

The Niemann family did a fantastic job preparing the festivities for the day.  Look for Emerald Lane Angus production sale in the spring of 2010.
